Dennis Van Der Eerden Appointed as General Manager at All America Threaded Products

In his new role, Dennis will report directly to John Barrett, President of ACME Manufacturing, the parent company of AATP.

Dennis brings over two and a half decades of manufacturing expertise to his new position. With a remarkable career spanning 25 years, he has garnered extensive experience in the automotive and aerospace industries. His profound knowledge and innovative approach have been pivotal in revolutionizing operations and driving tangible results.

During his time with AATP, Dennis has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a keen strategic vision. His six-month tenure at the company has seen remarkable accomplishments under his leadership as the Plant Manager. Notable achievements include a remarkable 90% reduction in late customer orders, a remarkable 50% increase in daily picking, packing, and shipping volumes, and the successful implementation of lean manufacturing cells.

Dennis’s achievements go beyond his impressive professional track record. He is a certified master black belt in continuous improvement and Lean methodologies, exemplifying his commitment to excellence and innovation. His credentials and insights make him a true asset to AATP’s leadership team.

In his previous roles, Dennis spent the first nine years of his career in the automotive industry, supplying critical components to major manufacturers. Subsequently, he contributed his expertise to the aerospace sector, where he played an integral role in processing honeycomb parts for commercial airplanes, defense jets, impact limiters, and space applications. These experiences have not only honed his operational acumen but have also given him a holistic perspective on industry dynamics.

On a personal note, Dennis’s recent marriage to his wife, Carolynn, has brought joy to his life. Together, they are the proud parents of six children and doting grandparents to seventeen grandchildren. Dennis’s sense of humor shines through as he playfully quips, “I won’t call them all out by name or it will be like announcing a soccer team. Lol.” In their leisure time, Dennis and Carolynn indulge in their shared love for movies and dining experiences.
