Denver, CO – Acme Manufacturing encourages its employees to refer people to apply for any available openings for which they might be qualified. In turn, they encourage those referred to retain employment.

For Employees Making a Referral

Once the person they refer is hired and that person continues successful employment at Acme, the employee who referred them receives BONUS $$ at certain milestones:

• 30 Days = $100
• 90 Days = $150
• 180 Days = $250
• 365 Days = $500

For Employees Who Have Been Referred

They really “put their money where their mouth is” when it comes to rewarding employees who have been referred:

• 30 Days = $100
• 90 Days = $150
• 180 Days = $250
• 365 Days = $1000
